Overview

This project will undertake a study into best practice project delivery in terms of identifying appropriate procurement methods. A procurement decision support toolkit will be created to help guide owners and project teams towards the best procurement strategy for specific projects.
These resources will be focused on promoting the principles that underlie best practice procurement rather than simply identifying a particular delivery method. Accordingly, it is envisaged that users will gain a better understanding of procurement principles. These resources will include information on case studies and lessons learnt to allow participating organisations to access actual examples of construction projects that illustrate best practice procurement selection principles.
